Sovereign Advisory
From 2013 to 2015 Pericles acted as the financial advisor to the semi-autonomous Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq (KRG) and helped develop their public financials, advise on the inaugural regional debt law, advise on Kurdistan Region’s inaugural bond issue process, negotiated the first of its kind UK Export Finance (UKEF) backed financing of a $1.2 billion water project.
